Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, collusion, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Using 11bat for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. To promote responsible gaming, you may set deposit limits or request self-exclusion at any time, and we strongly encourage making use of these options.

For suspicious or unusual transactions, 11bat may request additional verification or temporarily place the transaction on hold. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time, in which case any valid balance will be returned. Relevant provisions of these Terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
